GRRRR RRRRAAAAAAAAGE
so i'm at the gym, and there's a guy on the bench. Usually would leave him alone and come back later, but its busy, and i ask him if its ok if i jump in in bettween rests; fine. so he loads up a moderate load, and i offer him a spot, he declines. He does 5 or so questionable reps. i warm up with his weight, barely breaking a sweat (not bragging, but to demonstrate how annoying what follows is).
I slap annother 50 pounds on the bar and start to do my reps. suddenly, without asking me if i want help, he comes behind me TAKES THE FUCKING BAR WITH BOTH HANDS AND PULLS IT UP EVERYTIME I DO A REP. He did this for 6 out of my 10 reps, despite me grunting LEAVE IT after every extension. wtf /fit/, how the fuck am i supposed to do a decent press is some wanker grabs my bar and 'helps' me with out even fucking asking!?!?!!
